Soak rice overnight.
Cook soaked rice with extra cup of liquid on medium high heat until gluey.
Add extract, sugar, stir often until dissolved.
Add a friut if so desired, but cook down if so.
Note: This is good stuff warm or cold, and you can add all sorts of stuff to it too. Try raisins, mandarin orange, kiwifruit
