Tommy Wildcat (born May 3, 1967) is a Native American Cultural Promoter, flutist, historical storyteller, lecturer, and traditionalist. He is a fullblood Native American of Cherokee ancestry. Aniyvwiyv Jalagi “Citizen of the Cherokee Nation” “Indian Territory” Tahlequah, Oklahoma, he was born at the Old Hasting Indian Hospital by Northeastern State University in Tahlequah Oklahoma.

Wildcat lives in Park Hill, Oklahoma and is an enrolled 4/4 full Blood citizen of the Cherokee Nation. His parents are Annie and the late Tom Webber Wildcat, and a twin sister named Tammy. He graduated from Sequoyah High School, and is a senior at Northeastern state University Major “Cherokee cultural studies” Minor “Native American studies” in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is a hereditary member of the Wolf Clan.
Since 1988, Wildcat has educated the public about traditional Cherokee culture. His father, Tom Wildcat was designated a Cherokee National Treasure in 1995 for his skill in making turtle shell shakers and featured on the American Express commercial Charge Against Hunger 1995 aired during the Beatles anthology. Tommy Wildcat is a founding member of the Cherokee Honor Society.
