Curt started his creative adventure at an early age by writing out some of his day-to-day experiences. By 2005, some of his stories had been published by New Tribe, AYN and SAY magazines. The support and encouragement he received for sharing his personal experiences triggered the idea to combine his love of playing music with the release of writing.

The change from writing stories to writing songs was also natural, since it’s so much easier reach a larger audience with music than short stories. And since nothing really compares to performing live, Curt’s passion for communicating with an audience found an outlet by being in front of a crowd. He is a natural and gifted entertainer.

In 2007, Curt joined forces with Dallas Arcand, two-time World Champion Hoop Dancer, as back-up musician, and their partnership has grown to be a highly effective musical team. Curt has played over 250 performances with Dallas, including the Olympic Spirit Train, featuring Colin James, sponsored by Canadian Pacific Railway.
