Carla-Rae keeps busy, on both coasts. Her most recent work has been as Majel, a leading role, in the staged “Bird House” by Diane Glancy at Native Voices at the Autry playwirght’s Retreat and Festival of New Plays. Her TV work includes a guest star role on the New ABC series “SCOUNDRELS” starring Virginia Madsen and David James Elliot. Carla-Rae was the character of Cahuilla native Mrs. T. Also, she has starred in PBS five part mini series “WE SHALL REMAIN” in the role of Susanna Ridge in Episode 3: The Trail of Tears. Also, in HBO TV film “Taking Chance” starring Kevin Bacon as Lt Michael Strobel. Fox TV series “New Amsterdam” in the pilot episode as the Native Lenape Medicine Woman and in Independent Feature Film, “IMPRINT’ as Rebecca Stonefeather, the supporting lead. “IMPRINT”is available on DVD. Carla-Rae is presently working on a PSA for Native National Network/Tribal Health Alliance/Keep It Sacred and is in the production process of two new web series.

Carla-Rae has continued to garner roles on stage, off-Broadway, as well, with leading roles in “The House of Bernarda Alba” directed by Lenny Delgado of Liguorian Players and “Edith Stein” by Arthur Giron and recently in two play reading series at Native Voices at the Autry in Los Angeles. Carla-Rae also has a music cd called “Glimpses” which was recorded in NC.
